How does our home financing process work?

It is important to take note that the Home Finance Application Process is quite a complex and involved process, which requires knowledgeable consultants who are well informed about banking, credit application processes and skilled negotiators with the keen ability to both negotiate and effectively position a home loan application, handle iterations and liaison between home buyers and bank relationship managers.
The steps involved include educating home buyers about the requirements of home loan application – such as application types, required documents, bank qualifying criteria, credit checks, affordability calculation, completing home loan application form etc.
