What Does the Application Process Entail?

  1. Complete our simple and easy Business Information Form.
  2. Complete the online business funding application.
  3. Upload your business supporting documents (CIPC Registration Certificate Certificate & 12 Months Bank Statements).
  4. Complete your credit check consent form for the completion of credit legibility vetting process.
  • Legally Registered Entity: The business must be legally registered with CIPC (Companies and Intellectual Property Commission). Sole Proprietors, Trusts or Partnerships are excluded.
  • Trading  History: Business must have been in operation for at least 12 months with an Average Monthly Turnover of at leat R100 000+ per month and +R100 000 over the course of the 12 months of operation period in question.
  • Business Ownership/Management: The ownership and management of the business must have been in place for at least 6 months at the time of submission of the Business Funding Application.
  • Required Documents: The business funding application must be accampanied by 12 months business banking statements, these can be submitted for the initial pre-approval analysis and pre-vetting process.

Depending on the size of the loan, management accounts may be required before a final decision or approval is granted.
